Sundried Southwest Dip

Yield: About 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
1 package (13 ounce) sundried tomatoes, julienne cut or chopped
1 can (4 ounce) diced green chiles, drained
3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro (9 sprigs)
1 lime, juiced to equal about 2 Tbsp

Directions:

Add cream cheese, sour cream, ranch salad dressing mix, sundried tomatoes, drained green chiles, cilantro and lime juice to a food processor bowl. Process for 30 seconds until well blended.

Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
