Ingredients

(4 3/4 ounces) Underwood Roast Beef spread
|

grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Spread melba round with roast beef spread. Top with grated cheese and minced onion. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
